2014 is over!
With its lot of joys and sorrows, 2014 was "bullying" but my optimistic side will only remember the best ...
The highlights of last year:
- the publication of a magnificent dossier dedicated to the Hotel Chez Charles in the superb magazine Kallist
- the selection of one of my recipes published in the culinary magazine Chefs & Saveurs
- obtaining the title of Young Talent 2015 awarded by the famous guide Gault & Millau
- the various invitations to cook "four-hand dinners" with my colleagues and friends: Marseille, Lille, Montpellier …
- an extraordinary professional experience at the heart of the cuisines of the Restaurant Lasserre, in Paris, with the Chef de Cuisine Christophe Moret and the Pastry Chief Claire Heitzler who welcomed me warmly for several days
- integration into the association "Gourmet-Mediterranean"
- the official launch of this blog, on 26 September, on the occasion of the "Festival of Gastronomy"
Not to mention all the professional meetings rich in sharing and diversity...
Hello 2015!
For this new year, I wanted to thank you warmly for your loyalty and exchange on this blog or on my social media ... But most importantly, I wanted to wish you a Good, happy and gourmet year 2015 !
The coming months should be rich in twists and new features! I can't talk too much about it right now but don't hesitate to follow the section Coming Soon which regularly announces upcoming events!
