Passionate about the kitchen, I worked in large establishments before putting my suitcases in Corsica for several years. In 2015, I decided to return to the sources: in Marseille. In 2016, Restaurant Saisons a common passion – shared with Guillaume Bonneaud – that mixes local cuisine with Mediterranean accents and good wines.
