Indeed, a few months ago, I was contacted by the Leclerc establishments to participate in the campaign of their brand "Our Regions have Talent" in order to represent Corsica and its flagship product "the Brocciu" (or rather the "Bross of Corsica")!!!
I played the game and I gave a recipe based on Brocciu: "The Fiadone revisited, lemon cream and brocciu chantilly"...
