The magazine devoted a dossier called "La France [re]cuisinée", in collaboration with Castles and Hotel Collection, which presents 5 Chefs and 5 recipes ... I was lucky and privileged to be part of this selection!
You will find this in the magazine n°41 published in July-August-September 2014, page 74 to 80.
For my part, this is the recipe of the "Migre Marinadu au Cédrat-Immortelle" which you will find on page 78!
