At the Teatre du Trianon on October 27, 2014...
For the release of the Gault and Millau 2015 guide, I was invited to participate in the launch party in this magnificent place that is the Théâtre du Trianon...
To the programme: the presentation of the new philosophy of the guide, which focuses on the overall mink of the restoration and no longer only on the kitchen, the presentation and presentation of the Awards of the Palmarès 2015, the different interventions of Chefs including the much awaited one of the Best Chef of the Year (Yannick Alleno) and the dinner cocktail prepared by various restaurateurs of Paris including Yoni Saada and Julien Dumas.
